NCTT has staff in a variety of disciplines, or expertise areas. Each program and project that the Center is engaged in requires input from many skills sets, areas of expertise, and unique perspectives.
NCTT functions as an interactive matrixed organization. No one discipline can support the mission of the Center without all the other disciplines.
