Probe Development Branch

The NCTT PDB conducts research in the support of high through-put screening assay development and screening. The PDB has three Teams (Adenine, Thymine, and Guanine). Two large programs are housed in the PDB: the NIH Molecular Libraries Program (formally NCGC) and the NCI Chemical Genomics Consortium. In addition, a number of specific disease programs through direct collaborations are supported within this branch. See: Probe Development Branch

Analytical Chemistry

NCTT Analytical Chemistry is a resource for both our intramural customers within the NIH (NCGC, NCTT, NHGRI, NCI, etc.), as well as numerous extramural colleagues. While the main area of research is small molecule analysis and purification, we routinely collaborate on a varied profile of projects. Additional information on this discipline can be found at Analytical Chemistry.
